Wendy Michaux

Wendy Michaux (°1976) has been Office Manager at South Research since December 2005. She studied Applied Economic Sciences, specialising in International Business Affairs. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Finance and Fiscality.

For the first few years of her career she worked in the financial sector, where she built up experience in a commercial-technical position.
 In addition, Wendy has developed a great interest in other cultures and in the issue of development cooperation, poverty and environmental policy.

The position of Office Manager offers her the opportunity to combine her interest in financial management and her social commitment. Wendy assures the administration and accountancy runs smoothly. She facilitates internal coordination within the team and is responsible for the organisation’s external communication. Wendy deals with all social and insurance law aspects of South Research’s activities and supports the consultants in the performance of their assignments. Wendy has an extensive knowledge of languages: Dutch (mother tongue), French, English, German and Spanish.
