South Research offers training, guidance and support to groups, organisations and institutions that promote fairer social relationships, both in the North and in the South. South Research promotes the exchange of experiences between organisations operating in different development contexts. South Research supports organisations engaged in change processes to improve the quality of their work and enable them to achieve their objectives. The support process takes, as a starting point, the relationship between the organisation and its institutional environment. South Research uses a participatory, interactive and process-driven approach, carefully considering the place of the individual within his or her own organisation. The breath of knowledge, experiences and capacities within each organisation form the foundation for the change process. South Research believes that group processes deliver the best results when individuals receive respect within the group and feel that their contribution is appreciated and are able to participate fully in the decision-making process. South Research promotes social justice, gender equity, multiculturalism and pluralism. This is clear from our approach and it can be seen from the services that we provide.
